It's been a few months out of the pool for me, but by taking part in Splash the Stigma I am turning the tide on youth mental health. Too often stigma stands in the way of young people getting help, and the consequences can be devastating. All funds raised through Splash the Stigma will go to batyr to provide life-changing mental health education for high school students. If I can swimming a few laps can make a difference, that I will do as many as I can to help remove the stigma around mental health.
