By taking part in Splash the Stigma I am turning the tide on youth mental health. Too often stigma stands in the way of young people getting help, and the consequences can be devastating. All funds raised through Splash the Stigma will go to batyr to provide life-changing mental health education for high school students.

Holy moly. I’ve already reached my fundraising goal of $200, so I’ve extended it to $260. Following a 3.2k swim today, I’ve got another 9.8km to go until I reach my 16km target.
