By taking part in Splash the Stigma I am turning the tide on youth mental health. Too often stigma stands in the way of young people getting help, and the consequences can be devastating. All funds raised through Splash the Stigma will go to batyr to provide life-changing mental health education for high school students. As a paediatric nurse I see too many youth struggling with mental illness, so this fundraiser is close to my heart ! I hope to help in any way I can ❤️
